Similar to the request filed JSDCLOUD-15718 asking for an option to disable all @-mention notifications for the Operations version of the Slack Integration when changing the status of an Alert, this request is to remove / disable the @-mention for Slack alert status notifications when the actor who changes the status matches the Alert's assignee.

For example:

• An Alert is assigned to Bob.
• Alice acknowledges the alert assigned to Bob
• The Slack notification could still @-mention Bob, but if Bob acknowledges an alert
  assigned to Bob, the Slack notification should not @-mention anyone (but
  it could still display Bob's name).
