Customers have expressed the ability to stop all alert activity notifcations sent to their Slack Channel.

Some context from a customer:

When I click the ‘Acknowledge' or 'Closed' button on the alert, I receive a notification in the channel and I don’t want that to happen. Our team already tried to disable the notification by unchecking the alert notification in the Slack alert integration settings, and it worked. However, when a new alert appears in the channel, the alert's status or color doesn't change (usually when we click the button, the alert color turns blue/green). This makes it difficult to know if the alert has already been acknowledged by the team. Thus we need to recheck the alert activity settings, and we have to deal with the spam notifications as shown in the attached files.

This JAC ticket therefore is to request the functionality built to be able to to stop ALL 'Alert activity' notifications sent to the Slack channel—not just the 'alert is acknowledged' activity notification—without unchecking the alert activity notification from the Slack alert settings.
