Issue Summary
As similar like existing bug JSDCLOUD-14195, when adding a comment with an inline attachment, that comment is not displayed in MS Teams correctly.
It shows "Failed to load comment" in MS teams.

Steps to Reproduce
- Connect JSM project and MS Teams
- In the connected project, reply to customer with inline attachment
- The comment is not loaded successfully in MS Teams
Expected Results
The comment is correctly displayed in MS Teams as well.
Actual Results
Only the message "Failed to load comment" is displayed on Teams.
Workaround
Select the "Card" style when attach the file such as .zip, .pdf, .csv
For existing comments, edit the comment and select attachment's display option as "Card" and save the change.
