Issue Summary
As agents, we can @ mention teams on the Issue View. However, we would like that customers can also do this through the portal.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to issue view as Agent, and mention a team, it will automatically mention the users in that team.
Expected Results
We want Customers to be able to do the same from the portal.
Actual Results
Customers are unable to see teams at all, so they won't be able to mention them either. There is also no permission that would allow them this feature.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
