Issue Summary

Enabling Slovak language support for a JSM project doesn't fully translate the Portal. Some sections that aren't translated but displayed in English:

• The landing page shows "search for information".
• Clicking on the profile, does not translate: "requests, profile, log out".
• Clicking on the request, does not translate the main menu: "type, reference, summary, status, requester, created date, priority"
• When opening a request type form with required fields, the message "Required fields are marked with an asterisk" isn't translated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Slovak language support for a Service project (Project Settings > Language support).
2. Log in to the Portal with a user account where its language preferences are set to Slovencina:

Expected Results

All Portal sections are translated into Slovak.

Actual Results

Some sections of the Portal aren't translated into Slovak and are shown instead in the
English language (Refer to the issue summary for the sections not translated).

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
