Issue Summary
When the fields are marked mandatory on the portal, the message "Required fields are marked with an asterisk" is never translated if the customer has selected a language other than English in Account Preferences.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a language in the Language Support section of a JSM project.
- Make it default.
- As a customer, change the preferred language to another language.
- Open the portal and try submitting a request.
Expected Results
After all the other content has been translated to the desired language, "Required fields are marked with an asterisk" should also be translated.
Actual Results
"Required fields are marked with an asterisk" remains as it is:

Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
