Issue Summary

The option to upload media is present on the portal and in the form builder UI.

Steps to Reproduce

• Forms builder
  • Go to Project settings -> Forms
  • Click "Create form"
  • In the form builder, press the key "/" to open the insert dropdown. Or click the " + " button in the editor toolbar. Type in "Media"

• Customer portal
  • Create a Form with a paragraph field
  • Create a Request type which uses the form with paragraph field and show it on the portal
  • Go to the portal and do a request with the request type which uses the form with paragraph field
  • In the paragraph field of the form, type /
  • The element context menu is open, and Image, video or file element is proposed (OK) (see Screenshot attached)
  • Selecting Image, video or file element in the context menu, closes the context menu but does nothing else (KO)

Expected Results

The "Image, video or file" option shouldn't show up because we don't current support the feature.

Actual Results

The "Image, video or file" option shows up
