Currently under conversation the Link column have the links only for slack conversation.
Customers would like to have the link to all the conversation that were handled by the Virtual agent(both Portal and Teams conversation).

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
This information is incredibly valuable and there should be the ability to see the conversations given that you can see the first few words of the conversation history already. Or at least a way to be able to export the data to review it to see where you can make better KB articles to make the Virtual Service Agent more intelligent.
Worst case - at least an ability to see the ticket number that they raised as a result of not getting the answers they expected.
