Provide the ability to pre-populated asset custom fields using URL query parameters (e.g: ?customfield_99999=asset_value)

Currently it is available for the following custom fields:

• text
• textarea
• date
• duedate
• datetime
• checkbox
• radio
• labelpicker
• select
• multiselect
• cascadingselect

Other types of custom field are not supported.
