Issue Summary

When performing a search within the Help Center, sometimes duplicate entries will appear under the Request Form section. For example:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Help Center and type a keyword related to an existing request type in the search bar.

Expected Results

The returned entries don't show any duplicates.

Actual Results

Some entries may show as duplicated

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
