When opening a request from the Portal, an error message is shown

      Issue Summary

      We have received reports from customers that when they try to load a request from the Portal, they receive an error message:

      "There was a problem loading, please refresh and try again."

      This happens even if they are the reporters of the tickets and starts happening randomly. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. From the Customer Portal, navigate to the Request Lists.
      2. Try to open a Request that has been shared with you, or where you are the Reporter.

      Expected Results

      The request should load correctly.

      Actual Results

      An error message is shown: "There was a problem loading, please refresh and try again."

      Workaround

      It has been observed that this could be an issue with the web browser. Please try the following:

      • Clear cookies and cache.
      • Try using a different network.
      • Try reinstalling the web browser.
      • Use a different web browser. For example, if you are using Chrome, try with Firefox.
