Issue Summary
We have received reports from customers that when they try to load a request from the Portal, they receive an error message:

"There was a problem loading, please refresh and try again."
This happens even if they are the reporters of the tickets and starts happening randomly.
Steps to Reproduce
- From the Customer Portal, navigate to the Request Lists.
- Try to open a Request that has been shared with you, or where you are the Reporter.
Expected Results
The request should load correctly.
Actual Results
An error message is shown: "There was a problem loading, please refresh and try again."
Workaround
It has been observed that this could be an issue with the web browser. Please try the following:
- Clear cookies and cache.
- Try using a different network.
- Try reinstalling the web browser.
- Use a different web browser. For example, if you are using Chrome, try with Firefox.
