Issue Summary
Automatically pops up request type in Slack/MS Teams when there are multiple request types associated in JSM Chat while creating a ticket. Currently user has to select "Raise a request" button which is manual intervention.
Steps to Reproduce
- Associate multiple request types in JSM chat and select the automatic issue creation.
- Raise a request through Slack
- You will see "Raise a request" option.
Expected Results
It should automatically pops up the "Raise a request" window instead of manually clicking on it.
Actual Results
User has manual intervention for clicking the button "Raise a request".

User has to manually select the button "Raise a request".
