Problem Definition
At the moment, the agent or admin doesn't have visibility into which customer set the notification to on/off. We have feature request for this :-
Due to this , the agent wasn't aware that their update didn't get notified to the customer.
Suggested Solution
It would be good to show this log in the customer notification log if the notification was skipped due to customer set the notification to off , especially for the reporter and the request participants.
