Summary
Currently, in JSM Operations, the alert delivery method can only be managed by each user through their Personal Settings and is no longer configurable by the Admin if compare with Opsgenie.

- Opsgenie (can access another users notifications as an admin):
Therefore, in JSM Operations, it would be great to have an options where the alerting delivery method also be accessed like it was in Opsgenie.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
