Issue Summary
On instances with a large number of issues, the search on the customer portal > Requests page does not return any results depending on the criteria selected in the drop down.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- In a site with a large number of issues, browse to the Customer Portal
- Click on your profile > Requests
- On the drop down, select "All"
Expected Results
A list of tickets is displayed
Actual Results
No issues are displayed. Notice the circle icon spins indicating Jira is attempting to load issues, but after about 30 seconds it shows:
We couldn't find any requests To find a specific request, try searching using a different filter criteria or view all requests
Workaround
Narrow down the search to either "Created by me" or "Where I am a participant"
