Issue Summary

Issue: Customer reporting that the initial load time of "My request" page in JSM help centre is slow. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the HC home page
2. Click on the Requests button from the top right corner

Expected Results

The page should get loaded in a few seconds (~4sec).

Actual Results

For some customers, it's taking ~30 seconds to load the My request page.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
