Searching for request types in the customer portal fail to return results

      Issue Summary

      Performing a search in the customer portal always fails to return results on the first try, even if the entered word is a perfect match for a request type.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the customer portal
      2. Click on the search button on the top right
      3. Enter a word that matches a request type

      Expected Results

      Search results are displayed to the user.

      Actual Results

      No results are found.

      We couldn’t find a match for your search
      We couldn’t find any matches for ‘Word’. Check your search for typos, or try another search term.
      

      Workaround

      One of the following workarounds can be used to mitigate the issue:

      1. Add space and then delete the space and it will find the request type.
      2. Click in the "Back" button and click on the search button again and this time we see the search results.
      3. Use the Help Center search.
