Assist - Ability to configure the default fields shown for agent cards in Slack.

      Currently for JSM Chat, when a ticket is created and synced to an agent channel in Slack, the default fields that are shown without having to click expand are:

      • Status
      • Request type
      • Reporter
      • Assignee
      • Creation method

      It would be helpful for admins/agents to have the ability to be able to configure the default fields shown so that they do not have to always click on expand.
