Translation bug when adding a new custom field to the request type in a team-managed project

      Issue Summary

      When adding a new custom field to the request type in a team-managed project, the field is not available on the Language Support > Request types page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a team-managed project
      2. Go to Project Settings
      3. Select Request Types and select a request type
      4. Add a new custom field and configure it
      5. Go to Language Support
      6. Select the request type you changed
      7. The created custom field is not available to be translated

      Expected Results

      When adding a new custom field to the request type, the field should be available on the Language Support > Request types page.

      Actual Results

      When adding a new custom field to the request type, the field should be available on the Language Support > Request types page. The field sometimes takes a week/weeks to appear on the language support page. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
