Issue Summary
When adding a new custom field to the request type in a team-managed project, the field is not available on the Language Support > Request types page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a team-managed project
- Go to Project Settings
- Select Request Types and select a request type
- Add a new custom field and configure it
- Go to Language Support
- Select the request type you changed
- The created custom field is not available to be translated
Expected Results
When adding a new custom field to the request type, the field should be available on the Language Support > Request types page.
Actual Results
When adding a new custom field to the request type, the field should be available on the Language Support > Request types page. The field sometimes takes a week/weeks to appear on the language support page.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
