Ability to render HTML tags in alert description and extra properties

      Implement the ability to render HTML tags like <a>, <b>, <h1> in JSM alerts like they were in Opsgenie.

      Currently, these tags appear as plain text and the text effects are not applied.

      This is useful to allow the formatting of data received from integrations, and to create clickable hyperlinks within the alerts.
