As an agent, I want to send attachment links visible to customers using smart values

      User Problem

      {​{attachments.content}} smart value contains a link that is only available to Jira licensed users. Customers are unlikely to have any licenses on Jira Service Management, preventing them from accessing the attachments.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add a new attribute to the {​{attachments}} smart value to store the attachment URL, which customer accounts can access.
