- In JSM Legacy automation, if an attachment is added in the description, this will be sent together within the notification. However, the same thing isn't happening when notification sent by A4J. As JSM users who use legacy automation, it is important to have the same behaviour for A4J notifications before it gets deprecated.
- When sending an email via automation, it is not possible to attach or embedded the attachment to the notification. At the moment, we can only display the link in the email by following the steps in How do I add attachments to an e-mail with Automation for JIRA
