Issue Summary
Mark down is not implemented correctly on multi line text fields when viewed from Slack.
The details are correctly visible on the Jira ticket.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom field of type "Text Field (multi-line)"
- Add this field in the request form that is connected to receive requests via Slack
- Try with sample text on the custom field created in Step 1
- Then click on View button once ticket is created on Slack
Sample Text Can you please check if the following users have access to Jira: Customer 1 Customer 2 Customer 3 Also check if the following user has confluence access : Customer 2 Customer 5
Expected Results
All the text input in the field is seen in the custom field.
Actual Results
Workaround
Use the default Description field to collect the details.
