XMLWordPrintable

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Current Feature

      • Currently, setting the 'Filter Issue scope' of an Assets type custom field and setting
      • 'Display a default object when this field appears in a customer portal' for A2 is set to Yes allows setting default values in a Request Type form in the Customer Portal
      • However, the objects are loaded according to the entire AQL added to the Filter issue scope

Please refer to the attached screenshot for an example.

      Request

      • Allow a default value to be set in an Asset custom field based on a subset of the AQL used in the 'Filter issue scope
