    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Problem Definition

As an admin, we are currently able to Define a Filter issue scope (AQL) on Asset fields and we are also able to define if "Display a default object when this field appears in a customer portal".

But we cannot define what will be the object shown in the customer portal.

      • While this filter can help define the scope, the default value will always be the Label Object Attribute value returned by that filter, and not what we define under "Object attributes to display on customer portal request details view"

      Use Case

We would like to create an Approver field that is by default filled with the Manager from the reporter. But if the reporter would like to change the approver, he should be able to select another employee in this insight Field.

      Suggested Solution

By adding the option "Filter Assign Scope (AQL)" on Cloud, we could have the "Filter issue scope (AQL)" that show all employee and the "Filter Assign Scope (AQL)" that select the manager.

With that, we could choose a default value and when the user click on the field, he sees others options.
