Summary

Users who are members of administration groups and don't have Jira application access, won't have permission to projects on Customer Portal.

Steps to Reproduce

• Modify workflow to add an approval condition with approvals from 2 from each Group.

• Create a new request and add 3 groups to Approver Groups field.

• Get required approvals from all groups but one group. In the last group, get approval from all but 1 person.
• Add an user to the last group, who has already approved the request as part of another group.
• Now refresh the ticket and you will see the ticket stuck in Submitting Approval or Waiting for 1 approval state.

Expected Results

• The request should be in approved state.

Actual Results

• The ticket stuck in Submitting Approval or Waiting for 1 approval state.

Workaround

• Transition the issue to a different status and move it back to waiting for Approval state. This would reset and running again the approvals should resolve the issue.

• Remove and add back an Approver group from the ticket. This would reset and running again the approvals should resolve the issue.
