User problem:

The 'Alert description' field doesn't support the hyperlinks at this moment. It becomes very problematic to copy the URLs from the description field manually and paste them to a new browser window. This used to work fine in Opsgenie but not JSM-Ops.

This issue is the same for all the integrations. Please check the screenshot below for the alert created by the email integration:

Suggested resolution:

Allow clickable URLs in the alert description field.

Workaround:

Copy and paste the URLs manually to the new browser window
