Summary
When virtual agent is enabled for a project, emoji shortcuts will not work for slack conversations. However, when :ticket: emoji is clicked by the requester or the User Agent, it throws an incorrect message.
A request has already been created for this message.

This creates a confusion to both the requester and Agent as no ticket is created for this slack conversation.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable virtual agent for a project and perform all configurations required for JSM chat for slack.

- As a customer, send a message In slack request channel.
- Now click on the :ticket: emoji for this message (on the customer end or Agent end)
Expected Results
- Warning message should be shown stating that this operation is not permitted.
Actual Results
- A message appears stating that A request has already been created for this message.
