Issue Summary

When you click "See older issues" on a JSM board, it will show a permission error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a project with the board feature enabled go to a status where you can click on See older issues:
   

Expected Results

The list of issues should open without any errors.

Actual Results

It will show an error like below:

Click on "Return to search" on the "list view" mode or click on an issue in the "detail view" mode:
