Problem Definition
At the moment, Automation for Jira only has the "Forms summited" trigger:
Additionally, when a form attached to a ticket is reopened, it does not trigger a log action in the A4J. Thus, it is not possible to create a workaround for this behavior using an "Issue Update" action, as you can see in the screen recording below (only when a form is submitted does it create a log action):
Suggested Solution
Therefore, an automation trigger for when the form is reopened would be of great use.
Workaround
At the moment, it is only possible to use another type of trigger with an IF condition to validate whether the form attached to the ticket has an "open" status and then execute the desired action.
