Issue Summary
Customers would like the ability to disable requests for an agent via the Assist Slack app such as shown below:

Per the internal team this is not currently possible and is caused by one of the following reasons:
- an agent channel is connected to a JSM project
- a new user is invited into the agent channel, but is not an agent (service desk team role) in the JSM project
Steps to Reproduce
Options not available in Slack Options:

Expected Results
No messages being sent to specified users.
Actual Results
Messages are being sent to users.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
