Need to disable specific Assist Messages but not all messages in Slack

      Issue Summary

      Customers would like the ability to disable requests for an agent via the Assist Slack app such as shown below:

      Per the internal team this is not currently possible and is caused by one of the following reasons:

      • an agent channel is connected to a JSM project
      • a new user is invited into the agent channel, but is not an agent (service desk team role) in the JSM project

      Steps to Reproduce

      Options not available in Slack Options:

      Expected Results

      No messages being sent to specified users.

      Actual Results

      Messages are being sent to users.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
