Increase the limit of KB articles per category to more than 100

      Currently, the limit of KB categories is 100. This means only up to 100 KB articles can be linked to one category. After that, the following error is received:

      Article's categories not updated
      We weren't able to update the article's categories.
      Try again in a minute.

      Suggested solution:
      If the number of KB articles is more than 100, allow the admins to assign those KBs to one category.

      Workaround:
      Link a maximum of 100 KB articles to one category.

      Why this is important:

      • Knowledge is the first contact points for the customers
      • Categorize the knowledge correctly would make the customers easier to look for the correct knowledge
      • Company that promote self-help basis would have a higher number of the articles and the mentioned maximum number is not sufficient
