Issue Summary

When uploading a CSV to import organizations or customers, you cannot set a value to empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. For an organization X, set a text detail field Y to “a”
2. Download the CSV import template and add a row for org X, setting detail field Y to empty. (i.e. ,,,"",) will result in the same error
3. Upload the CSV and wait for the import to complete

Expected Results

There are no errors and when viewing org Xs' details page, detail field Y is set to None
