Issue Summary

Portals within a Help Center can be accessed via their direct links, like

<site-name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/<portal_ID>

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try adding custom URLs for each portal within a single Help Center

Expected Results

Customers would like to be able to specify custom domains for each portal. Not redirect link, but direct access URL.

Portal1. 

<Custom_domain1>/servicedesk/customer/portal/<portal_ID>

Portal2

<Custom_domain2>/servicedesk/customer/portal/<portal_ID>

Actual Results

Not possible

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
