Ability to set up Epics on JSM team managed projects

The customers are able to group standard level issuetypes together under a parent, the way you can use the “Epic” issuetype in company-managed projects.

If you add the “epic” issuetype to a company-managed project, you get this. However there is no way to do the same thing in a team-managed project.
