Problem Definition:

 Currently we cannot add tables, info panel and is missing the insert section.

All these are available in the comment section as seen in the below screenshot and customers are requesting to have these options in the canned responses as well.

Suggested Solution

Add options just like the comment section above in the canned response section to add more granularity.
