Problem Definition:

The customer is looking for the ability to replace the default customer portal URL with the custom URL generated via a third-party plugin/app.

Although we have JSDCLOUD-1627 raised to customize the portal URL which allows us to use subdomains, the customer has a specific requirement to change the complete endpoint("servicedesk/customer/portal/") instead of the domain. Hence raising this one for the same.

Suggested Solution:

• If the current URL is "Jira.xxx.xxx/servicedesk/customer/portal/" we should have the ability to change it to "Jira.xxx.customerportal.app/" or something similar.

• Currently, the customer is using the custom URL along with the default URL. However, the requirement is to disable the default URL completely and use the custom URL only.
