Hello Team!
As an admin, I would like the ability to prevent emails being sent to some users without the need to switch all my notifications with Automation.
There are specific use cases for this:
- Ticket is meant to be for tracking purposes only.
- OOO
- Ticket is of internal nature and we would like to keep user information as part of the reporter.
