      Feature Request

      This is a request for the ability to disable or further customize emoji shortcuts in JSM Chat/Assist. Currently, the ticket and the eyes emoji are default, and can't be changed. It would be great to be able to further customize these and also disable emoji shortcuts in JSM Chat.
