Form Fields: Forms with features to Lock certain fields at any given point.

Summary:

Currently, we had a customer who was applying a unique way of using the FORMS in JSW software projects and JSD projects.

Requirements:

1. It would be helpful to have a toggle in the FORM settings where FORM fields can be locked once the form is Submitted and unlocked when the form reopens.
2. Also an option (Another field level FORM setting for Admins, which could be placed on the FORM in its Edit mode) to permanently lock certain fields in the FORM under a given section at a given point in time. (This option can be also achieved once we have "Read Only" fields feature that's raised with the following request JSDCLOUD-10701 - Form Field: Read only fields)

For Example:

• Check out the below image of a FORM which is built as a Calendar to store some numbered values in each field of a given row.
  

• The X axis (Rows) has the years and the Y axis (Column) has the column names (Which could be anything from different cost items, scores, Countries, etc).
• Currently, as we are in the year 2023, the users can reopen the above FORM and fill the 2023 row's field values manually or as linked with JIRA fields and this should be editable.
• However, as 2021 and 2022 has passed by, the fields in these sections/rows should be read-only/uneditable. (Which can be achieved if we have permanent locking of fields or setting fields as Read-only permanently in a given section of a FORM. Point #2 in "Requirements")
• The Row 2023 in the FORM (Which is also a section in the FORM), should be Locked on "Submit" and Unlocked after "Reopen"(Point #1 in "Requirements").
