Form Field: Read only fields

As a project admin, I want to be able to able to add fields to a form but mark them as read only, so that I can control what users can change on the form.

This feature would be particularly help for linked Jira fields, as it means project admins can control and design the layout of issue information for agents/users.

Other uses

• There are some fields we want to show to the customer to let them verify,
