      Issue Summary

The Customers page is now split into two pages, the Organizations page and the Customers page.

The Organizations page only lists Customer Organizations and contains all the same Organization-related functionality as the previous Customers listing page, including:

      • Adding an Organization
      • Removing an Organization from the project
      • Viewing open and closed requests
      • Clicking an Organization to see details

Detail fields on Organizations and Customers

Project admins and agents can now add custom detail fields to Organizations and Customers. For example, they may give some Organizations a “Support Tier” of “Premium”.

Once the fields have been defined, project admins and agents can set the values of those fields for each Organization or Customer.
