      Issue Summary

If the context field of the custom field Approvers (multi-user picker field) is empty and the default approvers of this field are set through the preset values option in the request form of the request type, the Approvers field won't display some approver names when we try to create a request for this request type from the agent view. But it works fine if we create requests through the customer portal.

If the context field in the Approvers field has a default value, only that user can be set as the default approver.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Edit the context of the custom field Approvers to have no default value
      2. Set a default approver or approvers for any request type under Project Settings > Request Type > Approvers using Use preset value and hide from portal option.
      3. Try to create a request for that request type from the agent view

      Expected Results

When we try to create a request from the agent view, we can see all the users added as approvers in the "Approvers" field

      Actual Results

When we try to create a request from the agent view, not all the users added as approvers are listed in the "Approvers" field

      Workaround

      1. Suggest the agents create requests through the request portal or
      2. Create an automation rule for the request type to add the approvers in the approval field after the creation of the request.
