Customer wants to restrict portal access to only internal customers, keeping access to their external customer to create ticket via email.
However, currently we can not restrict those allowed customers having portal access as it is mandatory to have self sign up before creating request via email.
Kindly, help customer to have feature for enabling restriction for external customers keeping access to create ticket via email.
