Issue Summary
Even if you disable the Customer Satisfaction survey in Project settings > Satisfaction settings, the Assist bot triggers the CSAT survey in Slack.
Steps to Reproduce
- Disable CSAT survey in Project settings > Satisfaction settings
- Close a ticket that is assigned and integrated in Slack via Assist.
Expected Results
There won't be a satisfaction survey triggered in the thread in Slack, as the satisfaction survey is disabled for the project.
Actual Results
The customer satisfaction survey is triggered in Slack. The results are logged in Slack but don't reflect in Jira.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
