Issue Summary

Some customers are facing errors when trying to submit attachments via portal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ticket via portal.
2. Try to add an attachment to it.

Expected Results

The attachment is loaded and added to the ticket.

Actual Results

The attachment doesn't fully load and the following is displayed:
