Issue Summary
Some customers are facing errors when trying to submit attachments via portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket via portal.
- Try to add an attachment to it.
Expected Results
The attachment is loaded and added to the ticket.
Actual Results
The attachment doesn't fully load and the following is displayed:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
